I will bless and curse.

“And I will make of you a great nation, and I will bless you, and make your name great; and you shall be a blessing: and I will bless them that bless you, and curse him that curses you: and in you shall all families of the earth be blessed.”

(Genesis 12:2-3)

Here, around 2000 BC, God prophesied to Abraham that his seed or offspring, not only would become a great nation; but he would, through them, bring salvation to all peoples on earth.

This prophecy begins its gestation in the people of Israel, a nation descendant from the patriarch Abraham, which shall come to permanently settle, in a process that has never ended. When many thought about Israel as gone and disappeared––vilifying the fulfillment of this promise––they had to recant, at least publicly, while witnessing the foundation of the state of Israel in 1948.

Iranian president Ahmadinejad, together with all muslims, westerners, and all those who hate the Jews to death, which abound in this world, dreaming to steal their land, should be aware of this blessing––attached to a curse––personally foretold by God to Abraham and the people who descended from him, not just for the physical part, but according to the established promise, through his son Isaac and grandson Jacob (Israel).

This does not condone the Jews or anyone if they ever have originated evil deeds, manipulations, reproaches, tampering or wrongful acts of unjust nature condemned by God, and regardless of what nation anyone is. God is no respecter of persons; nor money, sacrifice or prebend does makes him to violate his own divine precepts, while at the same time he also urges his people to love the stranger as their human neighbors, as long those pilgrims submit to the righteous law of God (Dt 10:16-20).

This prophecy was also fulfilled in Jesus Christ, a descendant of Abraham and David according to the flesh; Hebrew, specifically Jewish, from the tribe of Judah, in whom are fulfilled our yearnings for salvation and a near total redemption of mankind to those that have accepted him as their Lord and Savior.

Through Christ we also received the blessing that is announced to Abraham in other passages and chapters of Genesis, as in: 13:14-16; 15:18; 17:1-7, 16, 19, 21, 18:18, 22:17-18; being the promise renewed to his son Isaac (26:3-4), and Jacob or Israel (28:13-15).

Once the Millenarian Kingdom is established, the center of power will be in Jerusalem (Is 2:1-3), but it will cover a large geographical area from the Euphrates River to the Nile in Egypt, constituting the entire administrative territory of the Kingdom and world government under the leadership of the Son of God (15:18); and providing blessings to all the nations of the earth (22:18).

Those who hang about planning and gliding to destroy the Jewish State, dividing it from within, encircling or trying to chop it off, read this promise and prophecy made by God, and know that there is no weapon against Yahweh, neither any presumed powerful or ballistic missile, or ridicule or trick you can do to change His will.

The land of Israel, the navel of the earth (Ez 38:12), has already given its property ownership-title by the Creator of heaven and earth.

In vain some will attempt to change it and whoever tries––as apparently is about to happen––it will cost too much blood and tears (Zech 12:2-3, 11).
