An ex AirForce fighter pilot, graduated in the ex USSR, and once freed from the prisons of the dictator Castro, he finally in 1994 left for political exile in the United States, where he was naturalized later on. Here he graduated with a Master of Science (MS) at Nova Southeastern University (NSU), a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Florida Atlantic University (FAU); Associate in Arts (AA) at Palm Beach State College; also a Diploma of Carpentry/Construction from PCDI-Ashworth University, and ESCO Institute HVACR-Universal Certification.
