Joseph, who underwent much suffering as well, was never acknowledged enough for his own family and siblings; as Jesus warned there was no prophet admired and taken seriously among his relatives and fellowmen––despite thus receiving many blessings Mt 10:41, 13:57––even less when Joseph, who in an apparent egomaniac exhibition, he foretells his brothers who were jealous of him (37:11), about a God given day when his family would bow down at his feet (37:5-10), showing an almost divine greatness that awaited him in the future, as eventually happened; from being a nobody to later become the soul, voice and executive arm of Egypt’s Pharaoh; not without first endure years of deceit, afflictions and even jail––probably taken at that time as a forgotten and cursed by God––which undoubtedly was this way the one prepared him for his career as a leader, forging his character and know-how experience.
