You will know that I Am.

“Nevertheless I will remember my covenant with you in the days of your youth, and I will establish to you an everlasting covenant. Then you shall remember your ways, and be ashamed, when you shall receive your sisters, your elder and your younger: and I will give them to you for daughters, but not by your covenant. And I will establish my covenant with you; and you shall know that I am the Lord Yahweh.”

(Ezekiel 16:60-62)

The prophet Ezekiel is going up to the End of Times––our next Era––when Christ Jesus comes, and Jerusalem and dwellers are ready to receive him as their Great King.

In that city––and world––will dwell not just the converted Jews saved by the old faith covenant (v.60) concluded by God with his servant Abraham when he said:  “And I will establish my covenant between me and you and your seed after you in their generations for an everlasting covenant, to be a God to you, and to your seed after you. And I will give to you and to your seed after you… Isaac: and I will establish my covenant with him for an everlasting…” (Gen 17:1-13, 19); but also the Gentiles. As we see it is a covenant confirmed to his descendants through his son Isaac, patriarch of the hebrew people, the father of Israel (Jacob); being in turn Abraham the father of faith, and therefore of the Gentiles.

The Gentiles who were twinned, in this passage Ezekiel prophesies (v.61), to the people of God through a New Covenant (Mt 26:27-29) of blood spilled by the Son of God on the Cross of Calvary; it is to whom the prophet is referring here. That pact would open the door––as Jesus said: “I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved” (Jn 10:7-9)––to men of all nations (Lk 2:30-32) and so everyone being a part in the Church of Jesus Christ. All together, united to Christ the Redeemer, shall form the solid nation which will establish a thousand years government (Rev 20:4-6).

Once Jesus entrusted the apostles with the formation of the Church––inspired and guided by the Holy Spirit––since his departure and days of pentecost, it is that such gigantic work began the march to last for a period of two thousand years, which now in our days is on the verge of culminating, because we are living the End Times; and those increasing steps are the ones to push us into reaching the frontier where quickly shall break down the latest developments of the final and decisive decade.

When the apostle Paul was about to visit Rome, while imprisoned in the land of Israel he wrote the Epistle to the Romans. It had been 29 years since the departure of Jesus and when gathered at Pentecost. Three years after writing the letter, the man of God visits Rome followed by the apostle Peter, who had not visited the city––contrary to that nonsense the Vatican has used in trying to convince their parishioners for centuries––and that is why Paul in his letter does not mention any greeting to Peter among the ones there in Rome.

In that Epistle to the Romans Paul attests: “For I would not, brothers, that you should be ignorant… that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fullness of the Gentiles be come in. And so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written, There shall come out of Sion the Deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob: For this is my covenant to them, when I shall take away their sins” (Rom 11:25-27).

First the apostle, without fear of being politically incorrect, called Israel’s refusal to accept Christ as the promised Messiah, with the right word: impiety. However, as it was prophesied here––in Ezekiel’s quotation––the prophet had already announced before, and now centuries later affirmed by St. Paul, about the remnant of Israel would convert to God from their hearts, and then all together shall form the Israel of God (Gal 6:16), it means the Church of Jesus Christ.

The apostle Paul, while declaring this mystery,just prophesied two thousand years later ahead about––now very close––the Coming of God’s Son: Jesus (Yeshua), but this time not to let himself be crucified or abused, but as a Liberator. The King of kings and Lord of lords comes to reign,and whom God the Father has put all things under his feet (Eph 1:20-23).
